| I am Judi, and a very satisfied, happy person thanks to the wonderful understanding of Bo and Sue Stempel. They listened to what my desires and needs were for a property in the Steamboat Springs area. In December of 2006 I was spending the holidays with my children, and my daughters in-laws, and Bo and Sue found the perfect place for me to call home. I made an acceptable offer and closed January 15th, 2007 on the home I am living in and loving!
They are very special people who have since become my family in Steamboat....... Sue helped me from the beginning to purchase and settle in with what were necessities to live in the home. They are always there for me should I need them, and they have introduced me to very nice people, entertained me for dinner, parties, and I invited them come join me in my home that is soooooo perfect for me. They are very caring people and I believe It was not just a sale, they wanted me to be happy and I am!!!! They have helped me adjust to a huge move cross country, look after my home should I be traveling, check up on me when I am home to see that everything is going the way it should. They are wonderful people who genuinely care about people. I had to have emergency surgery and who was there with me while I was waiting to be hauled away on a gurney..... Sue Stempel;-) They go above and beyond the call of duty!! They sure came up with the right property and welcome to Steamboat Springs Colorado!!!
